We would like to invite you to a Core Group meeting (Steering Group + Working Group leaders) on Wednesday 8th 2010, 7 to 9 pm, in Heidelberg (Germany) ; during the SIG-Writing conference.

The agenda (to be developed) is:
 report by the Chair - state of the Action, DC report
 WG activity and Workshops (April 2011) preparation
 publications in course
 dissemination plan
 STSM report and call
 Small Training School organization

In order to organize the meeting in September, we ask you to fill the form below.

The COST Action will provide funding for the flight and two overnight stays (around the meeting).

Because the budget is limited, 8 to 10 participants should be reimbursed for this meeting (supposing the MC will confirm the overall budget).

If some of you are all ready reimbursed partly or fully by your own institution, we recommend you to limit the COST reimbursement.

Please be sure, however, not to book flights before the decision of the COST Office is made and you receive an official invitation for this meeting.
