As mentioned during the previous MC meeting, Luuk van Waes has decided to resign from the leadership of Working Group 4. Following the WG4 meeting in Potsdam, Guido Nottbusch (Germany - University of Potsdam) is candidate for being new WG4 co-leader.

According to the COST policy, the members of the MC of the COST Action IS0703 are invited to vote on the candidature of Guido Notbusch.

The deadline is Wednesday 17 May 2011. After this date, all votes will be considered as positive.
