Daniel Janssen decided to resign from the leadership of Working Group 3 for personal reasons. Following Franck Ganier (WG3 co-leader) suggestion, Joyce Karreman (The Netherlands - University of Twente) is candidate for being new WG3 co-leader. The group is currently organised into two sub-groups, and it is suggested that the group might function more effectively if it were to be organised as a single group. On this basis, Joyce Karreman and Franck Ganier are ready to chair and collaborate.

According to the COST policy, the members of the MC of the COST Action IS0703 are invited to vote on the candidature of Joyce Karreman.

The deadline is Tuesday 25 January 2011. After this date, all votes will be considered as positive.
