Management Committee vote : WG3 Workshop in Poitiers instead of Skopje (reallocation of the initial budget)

Regarding the WorkBudget Plan of the Action, only the Working Groups 1, 2 and 4 were able to attend the Workshop in Skopje (1-2 March 2012 - Rep. of Macedonia). The Working Group 3 was not ready for making presentations and asked for a delay. After a discussion with the WG leaders, we are suggesting to organize the WG3 workshop just before the final conference in Poitiers, in May 2012. The Invited Researchers to the WG3 WS will stay and contribute to the Final Conference. The budget previously allocated to the WG3 for Skopje (6500 euros) is reallocated for the event in Poitiers. Because the Local Organizer Support (LOS) were allocated to the University of Skopje for the Workshop and has been spent for the WG1, WG2, WG4 hosting, we propose to support the WG3 meeting (coffee breaks, etc.) by using a part of the LOS allocated for the Final Conference in Poitiers.
