Registration to the MC meeting and/or the final conference, as MC members or invited researcher

In order to organize the MC meeting (the 6th of May, from 5 pm to 8 pm) and the scientific event (the 7th of May, from 9 am to 7 pm, and 8th of May, from 9 am to 5 pm), please complete all fills (you will find information below the form, at the bottom of the page):

Reimbursement rule: According to the COST policy, the number of nights reimbursed is the number of meeting days + 1 night. According to the budget plan and the prices in Poitiers, the reimbursement rate for the hotel is 70 euros per night (including breakfast).

Examples : If as MC Member, and if you attend only the MC meeting (1 day), you can be reimbursed 2 nights (the night before in plus). If you attend also the conference (from 6 to 8 May), you can be reimbursed 4 nights (the night before in plus).
