We would like to invite you to a Core Group meeting (Steering Group + Working Group leaders) on Wednesday 31 2011, 6 to 9 pm, in Exeter (England) ; during the EARLI conference.

The agenda (to be developed) is: report by the Chair - state of the Action, DC report WG activity and Workshops (2012) preparation dissemination plan STSM report and call (2011-2012) Small Training School organization (2011-2012)

In order to organize the meeting in August, we ask you to fill the form below.

The COST Action will provide funding for the flight and two overnight stays (around the meeting).

According to the budget, 12 to 14 participants should be reimbursed for this meeting.

If some of you are all ready reimbursed partly or fully by your own institution, we recommend you to limit the COST reimbursement.

Please be sure, however, not to book flights before the decision of the COST Office is made and you receive an official invitation for this meeting.
